Jake Gyllenhaal can't take care of Reese Witherspoon all the time because the actor is prospective juror in a misdemeanor battery case in an L.A. courtroom today (January 28), according to TMZ.
Jake was sitting in the jury assembly room with hit black ball cap and was of course asked to take his hat off inside the courtroom.
He didn't realize that he's way too famous to go incognito.
But luckily for Gyllenhaal he hasn't been picked and been excused for the day but not from the case.
